peter
Yes, Yes, Yes! If "cathedral building" doesn't quite work, then it would need a separate topic/page someone to do the casting and image collection via PM someone else to build the base image i.e the background and a timescale to go hurtling past overhead! peter
denironaut started it! ;) Cathedral building; for those who do not know is a metaphor, basically means a load of people chip in (that'll be the stone masons then) together, with a piece of their work to create something spectacular. denironaut
I've not Peter, to be honest I've got lots of learning to do before getting to the 'eejits' level, affinity is the first vector program I've tried to learn properly, I've spent years using 3d software but have become a little bored with it all, trawling the forums there's only so many ironman clones or overly scaley zbrush creations one man can take! ronniemcbride 1 Quote http://earnshaw.photography

eejits
Thanks for the mention guys.... There is no 'eejits' level. I'm just a guy trying to carve a niche for himself with his characters. I am very much like yourself denironaut. Affinity is the first Vector Program that I'm trying to learn. I've gotten comfortable with the tools I use regularly but I'm only scratching the surface of waht AD can deliver. I'm nowehere near the level I want to be, but I plan on practicing to get there. I'm sure you will too. Oh and getting vinyl toys is a dream of mine as well. Keep creating! :D George David 1 Quote eejits: a curious collection o' creatures - www.eejits-online.co.uk SUPPORT eejits on PATREON. peter
Such modesty, for a published illustrator. Read eejits level as: got my ideas onto paper and on sale! peter
From Star Trek to cathedral building. You guys really know how to go off-topic! -_- Cathedral building MEB, is a metaphor for production line manufacturing; this is where one person or group has only one task/skills set. Which when combined together creates the final product. A kind of symphony, where the togetherness creates a larger piece of creativity. I've borrowed this term from the world of Linux.
