Mongoose Posted January 9, 2015 Share Posted January 9, 2015 I have now created 2 documents and saved them to my desktop. Each time I close out Affinity and come back to open the document at a later time it crashes. This has never happened before and it just started. It's a bit frustrating since I have put in some serious work time into these documents. Please let me know if there is any way I can get these files back in working order. Staff MattP Posted January 9, 2015 Staff Share Posted January 9, 2015 That's not good news at all - is there any chance you'd consider sending them to support@seriflabs.com and we can take a look at them and see if it's possible to diagnose what's going wrong and try to see if there's any way we can recover them? Mongoose Posted January 9, 2015 Author Share Posted January 9, 2015 I can send you the file. The one thing I realized is that it has an embedded PDF. Maybe that will help in the search for the cause.
