Oshawk
Hello, Just a quick question, is it possible to make a hexagonal grid in Affinity Designer? Thanks, Joseph
Alfred
Not as far as I'm aware, but doesn't a triangular grid offer you the control that you need? Sorry, yes it does, I did not realise that a hexagon could be constructed from triangles.

DanielFlaum
I would like built-in support for a hexagonal grid. It would make it easier to make maps for my GURPS adventures. It's true that hexagons can be constructed from the triangular grid, but it takes extra effort to make sure they're all aligned with each other. Aammppaa
@DanielFlaum You only need to make the grid once, then save it as an Asset. You now have access to a hex grid in all your documents. Making the grid should be straight forward with the correct snapping options, and use of power duplicate.
