Installing version 1.5.2. for windows

Hey

I try to install version 1.5.2. for windows by using my account email and my product key (I can read them for the page "downloads and product keys").

I always get the message that I use an incorrect account mail or product key.

What do I do to install version 1.5.2.?

Hi Faylixx,

Welcome to Affinity Forums :)

The installer contains a paste button that you can use to paste the product key number in the correct format (when copied with the hyphens). Make sure you aren't confusing a zero (number) with an O (letter) when inserting the product key. Also make sure you are using the same e-mail address you have used to sign-up to the Affinity Store when you purchased the program (you should have received a couple (confirmation e-mails from us). Let me know if you still have trouble.

Affinity Designer 1.5.2 for Windows (the vector/design program) is available - the beta is on 1.5.3

 

Affinity Photo for Windows (the image processing program) is still on 1.5.1 - the beta is on 1.5.2
