There's a few scrolling pages there - the fouth has a link to the Grade UI Kit. If you are using the Windows version you should have received an e-mail titled Grade UI kit for Affinity Designer with a link to download the file. It was open to anyone either purchasing or upgrading to Affinity Designer 1.6, but you needed to claim it on or before 16th November. The link to the claim isn't on the Welcome page either, at least not on the Windows version. Hello! I red the answers in this thread before, so I did checked that option. I did it again to be sure - there is no such button. I got: Buy Affinity Photo for iPad/ Workbook / Affinity Photo (with more info button) / Visit Affinity Spotlight No info about Grade UI Kit or buttons... Im on Windows btw.
