D-loaded it a couple of days ago, got around to reading thru it last night. Good work. I particularly liked the "use" category. You have a few I hadn't though of, and it was good to learn.

Dave, thank you.  I tried making notes on each a year ago and didn't get nearly as detailed.  I'm deleting my notes and replacing them with yours.  Love that you did the research to add the effect of opacity and fill.
