AD will not save images correct.

Recommended Posts

I'm using Windows.

Up to just recently, the program has been working good. Then it started to not save the changes in spite I save often while working. When working with several/many shapes, I usually first make them in different grey and group them.

Then copy the group and paste in a new document and start to fill in whatever it is, still saving. So far so good, no warnings. When I close the program it suddenly says it can't save. WHAT??? Have been saving all the way. Program closes. When I open the .afdesign I have put in colours etc, it is still just the grey I started with!

This has happen more and more often. After some other trouble with my assets (wouldn't open my own things) I downloaded the update from Feb and runned Repair. Assets disappeared, but that is a minor problem right now.

I'm thinking uninstall and reinstall. But obviously not the update I have from Feb.? So what now?

Att. is the 2 exe I have.

I'm Danish, I hope you understand what I explain.

Hi Grethe,

Welcome to the forums.

What message are you receiving when attempting to save your work, could you provide a screenshot? Have you tried changing the location that you're saving to, try saving direct to your Desktop instead.

I'd recommend using the most up to date version which is 1.5.2.58.

Somehow my auto-defrag was out of work. When I did the defrag the problem was solved. So right now I'm very happy with my AD. Thanks for responding!

And BTW I'm using 1.5.2.58
