exported file is empty (is unique to one specific artboard only)

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

I have an project file with 60+ artboards - and when I export all via Export Persona, the content of one artboard will always be exported as a blank file. No matter what kind of Export settings I use for it (.JPEG, PNG, my own ...)

Do you want me to upload that specific project file? Screening?

Cheers,

Stefan

Hi MEB,

I uploaded file+screening, so you should easily reproduce my issue (I hope it is a bug and not my stupidity).

Cheers,

Stefan

BTW: The only solution I found was to delete that specific artboard and create a new one. So I found a way to keep on working on the project but hope that the dev-team will find the bug. :)

Hi Stefan,

I don't believe this is a bug. Looking at your file, the artboard's slice has been moved away from the artboard. If you zoom out you should see it below web_01_Loading. If you select that and click 'Revert to auto sized' on the context toolbar it should return to where it belongs!

Hi Sean P,

thanks a lot!

Yeah ... obviously it's not a bug and just my stupidity (or however the slice area went away from its original place).

Everything is fine now.

Cheers, Stefan.
