Currently Affinity apps don't support Photoshop smart objects. They are rasterised on import. There's a similar feature - Embedded Documents - which can be used to achieve similar results in Affinity. If you are looking for templates/mockups built in Affinity there's a couple of examples on this page (mockups section).
