In our own store we can only ship to the listed countries. We do not have any digital versions of the book at the moment but this may change in the future. REFLECTMINE_COM Posted January 3, 2018 Share Posted January 3, 2018 Hello all I can only add to the fact that it is a real pity that many countries are excluded from the shipping of the hard cover: Switzerland calling and wanting a book really bad! What I really don't understand is that Amazon as the fulfiller (if I am not mistaken) normally has absolutely no problem with shipping to Switzerland... A suboptimal but at least partial solution would be to be able to get an e-book download: Hardcover preferred a lot, though.
