steverob
Hi Just started using Fuji Xt20 and find the RAF files can't be opened in AP. Tried a few suggestions from the forums like using the Apple engine etc but each time AP just hangs and then crashes. I know the Xt20 isn't listed so was wondering if there is any timeline for the type of camera to be added?

Press and hold ⌃(ctrl) while launching the application from Launchpad then tick all checkboxes and press Clear from the dialog that will open. It might help. steverob 1 Quote 2020 MacBook Pro 13” M1 | Affinity Designer 2 | Affinity Photo 2 | Affinity Publisher 2 2019 iPad Air 3 10.5” | Affinity Designer for iPad 2 | Affinity Photo for iPad 2 | Affinity Publisher for iPad 2 »A determined man can do more with a rusty screwdriver than a lazy man with a whole toolbox»
steverob
Hi Thanks for the reply, sadly it didn't work for me - guess I'll wait for an update to AP which adds the X-T20. Thanks again
steverob
I have just tried again after rebooting the mac and then resetting AP and the files will now open, though they take a lot longer than RAWs from mt Panasonic or Canon, but at least I can get to them. Thanks for the suggestion

donka
An old topic but I wanted to update it as I had a similar question. Uncompressed RAW files from X-T20 are supported in iOS 11. Compressed RAW files are not supported according to the Apple Support site.
