Staff MEB Posted April 14, 2017 Staff Share Posted April 14, 2017 Hi harrym, When exporting the file, click the More button and uncheck Embed metadata. It should keep the DPI you set in the document. Let me know if it work please. A Guide to Learning Affinity Software | Affinity Quick Reference
harrym
Thanks MEB, not at my machine right now but will do! Regards
harrym
Can confirm, as MEB suggested removing embedded metadata fixed DPI issue and allowed the file to be exported correctly. That can't be right though.Thankfully the embedded ICC profile is retained so happy with the workaround. This also resolves explains the issue I was having here;https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/38628-ap-how-to-print-to-different-sizes/ Thanks MEB Regards
Staff MEB Posted April 15, 2017 Staff Share Posted April 15, 2017 Hi harrym, Thanks for the info. Yes, this is not working correctly (it's already logged) but currently it's the only way to export with the dpi you set in the Document Setup until the issues is fixed.
