Hi,

unfortunately I'm experiencing heavy issues by using symbols, but that is another story ...

anyway: I just found this "bug":

I got rid of all my symbols in a file by deleting them one by one (there is no option to delete all) and I still see and orange strip on the left on a text-object.

Cheers guys,

Stefan.

Hi Schubi63,

How was you doing this? I found symbol objects would get converted to Group objects and the orange strip removed. However I found if I dragged an object out of the symbol first and then removed the symbol the strip remains. Does that sound similar to what you were doing?

Hey Sean P,

yeah, I think it happened like you described it - if you move a child-object, by accident or wanted, out of the symbol-group - it remains the orange stripe. Even if you delete the symbol.
