tommij
Exposure adjustment layer values should be smaller. I think -5 to +5 could be good and mouse increment -+0,1 I feel its quite hard to use with mouse and do some fine adjustments for photos. Sliders is hard to move only little bit and mouse scroll increment is -+1 at the moment. Maybe there should be "Extreme" check box, like denoise have to get larger values. - Tommi
anon1
this was done/ changed in 1.5 for VFX artist that use computer generated graphics with "too much" dynamic range they may need this huge range but for normal photographers, I'd second your request, I feel like the EV adj. became much less user-friendly
carl123
Holding the shift key down, allows increments in 0.1 range Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. anon1
on Mac it actually is the alt key but this only works for numerical modification using the arrow keys, not sliding with the mouse on the slider anyway I consider +- 2EV much more common than +- 20 EV so this "default" behavior is just strange
affwin
+1 Hi, yes that is not well regulated. Perhaps one should control a grid of 0.33, 0.5, 0.66, 1.0 ....... - as usual with cameras - via the mouse. Would help me.+20 to -20 needs no photographer.Greeting Dieter Quote Germany, Affinity Photo WIN 1.7 , LR6, WIN10
