createsean
I have a simple repeating pattern that is 100px square that I would like to use to fill a rectangle that is the full size of my project. However when I got to fill tool > bitmap and find the pattern. it fills the whole rectangle by scaling up the image rather than repeating it. Is there a way to do this? Guest
Hi creatsean, When you place the bitmap you get two adjustment handles, one on the top edge and one on the right edge. To get the repeat return the handles inward until you get the desired effect.

R C-R
Thank you.. didn't notice the handles until now. Also take note of the button in the context toolbar that looks like a lock with two lines. Click that to lock the aspect ratio so if you move one handle the other automatically moves to maintain it.
