MrTeapot,

Can you be more specific?  Can you locate the file?  Are yo unsure how to remove the file?  To delete files from a Mac, you can right click on the file name and select "Move to Trash."  Most downloads are deposited into the Downloads folder.

Hi mrteapot,

Welcome to Affinity Forums :)

To locate an open file (not matter if your or one of the sample files) go to menu File ▸ Reveal in Finder ( or File ▸ Open folder in Explorer if you are using Windows). Affinity will open the folder where the file is located. Close it in Designer first, then delete the file if you want.
