Hi awan,

Welcome to the forums.

When you're exporting, which format are to choosing?

i choose jpeg, --> best quality

but when about i upload my image to instagram then the app said that it cant be processed.

i have a question,
does it have an effect when choosing kind of document setting at first step, like we choose CMYK or RGB and WEB or PRINT?

I not sure which formats Instagram are able to accept but a standard JPEG should be fine. Have you tried uploading the image direct through their site? The Web,Print etc are presets which includes size and the colour profile (RGB,CMYK)
