Cglot
I am trying to use any of the blemish tools to do some frequency separation. But when I try to use it I am only able to effect the area that was originally clicked. I am also not able to select where to sample by using alt. I cannot click drag to cover more than one small area at a time, please help.
Staff Lee D Posted March 29, 2017 Staff Share Posted March 29, 2017 Hi Cglot, Welcome to the forums. Try using the Healing Brush Tool, this will allow you to define a source first or the Patch Tool. This allows you to add or define areas to be patched. This tutorial includes the use of frequency separation and using the Healing and Clone tools. Staff MEB Posted April 13, 2017 Staff Share Posted April 13, 2017 Hi Red Max, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) You can use whatever selection tool you want to create your selection, then switch to the Patch Tool and it will use it. There's no need to create the selection with the Patch Tool itself if you don't want to.
