Cheer's guys - I did have to use Illustrator to distort the 'Rockin for the Children', and use Illustrators 3d vector extrude for the 'Captain noise' in the comic cover so there was a bit of cheating - Cant wait till we can view bleed in artboards + distort and simplify vectors in Designer select by fill/stroke colour would also be a massive time saver + an option to set global colours as default similar to InDesign - Really looking forward to Publisher

I usually send PDF/X 2001a although my regular commercial printer now accepts PDF/X-4 2010 - I do quite a few T-shirts and find most of the screen print companies usually ask for vector files (so I usually supply PDF) but a few companies I've dealt with over the past year have asked for Raster files The company doing these shirts requested layered Photoshop files (it's a first for me!) So I just opened up the vector T-shirt artwork in Photo (not as artboards) - Select - select sampled colour - Layer - new fill layer - select the colour - works great, would be even better if the fill layers could be set as spot colours as all the orange colours need to be a match to PANTONE® 151c for Orange Amplification - only problem I had was related to artboards (no bleed and not being able to select sampled colours) so all the latest stuff I set up as single documents which works great - Be great once we have Publisher
