Short answer, yes.

Long answer, you can either create it by using a vector shape ( manually tracing the girls contour ) or as a selection which you extract from the girls image and then color it gray or with a slight gray - darker gray gradient then skew and transform the shadow layer and place it behind the layer with the girl. You can then blend it or airbrush the shadows as you desire to give it more realism.

Here's an excellent tutorial on how to create realistic dropshadows.

The spoken word is in German, but it has English subtitles.

You could also : > select the subject girl with the selection brush (doesn't have to be exact since it's going to be blurred anyway )

>copy  & paste that selection, > paint it black or grey >skew > apply Gaussian blur.

Quick & easy.

A quick and simple way is to place two copies of the the extracted image on top of each other, select the lower one and apply a threshold adjustment to make it completely black, and then skew it and reduce its height. Set the opacity of the shadow layer to about 40% to 60%, and apply a little Gaussian blur for a more realistic look.
