Some vector lines appears pixellated when exporting

Recommended Posts

Hello,

Just got into Affinity Designer and enjoying it so far!

Im working on a design thats is supposed to go to print and Im struggling a bit making all the lines appear correctly when exporting. The diagonal line to the far right is the culprit, the others seems to be ok when exporting. I have a sense this topic has been up a number of times before but got a little lost in the search. Any guidance is appreciated!

Hi jonne.b,

Welcome to Affinity Forums :)

All objects from your file are vectors and are being exported as such for me.

I've opened your file and exported it again as EPS (see below) and everything seems fine. Am I missing something?

To which format are you trying to export?

Hi, thanks for the reply!

I don't know if my eyes play tricks on me, but here is a screenshot where I clearly can see the right line less sharper than the other ones.

This was a screenshot of your exported EPS file. I've tried PDF, EPS, PNG.

jonne.b,

MEB's file is all vectors and it all appears as such when I look at them. Even in your screenshot all the lines look the same to me. You do know that PNG doesn't support vectors, right?

Yes I've learned that! Thanks for checking, everything seems to be in order then.
