Profile sRGB IEC61966-2.1

Recommended Posts

Hi. I have my preferences set to English and my profile as -sRGB IEC61966-2.1

However, when I upload my photos to photoentry - it says photoentry error - profile set to enUS(sRGB IEC61966-2.1)

Is this a photoentry problem or am  I missing an override or check box somewhere please?

Thanks

Hi 1jh1,

Welcome to the forums.

Can you check which profile your image is currently using, with the image open and the View tool selected check the Context Toolbar, it will show the images colour profile. You can also convert to another profile using Document > Convert ICC Profile. Also when Exporting, if you click the More button. You can also check which ICC profile is being used, you ca also try unchecking Embed ICC profile and then try uploading to Photoentry.

1jh1, did you try unchecking "Embed ICC profile" as Lee suggested?
