F_Kal
I find it very convenient being able to rename a layer without double-clicking on it! F2 is very intuitive for me; others have suggested cmd+R - As long as there is a shortcut, all will do! Cheers! ave, zkiricsi and oskar
zkiricsi
Bumping this request. This is super important for keeping things properly organized. This, combined with easy keyboard based navigation across layers is something I really love in Sketch and kind of miss in Affinity. Idea: if you guys add a menu item for renaming layers, OS X users could add a custom keyboard shortcut for it. In the absence of a menu item, this is not possible. Thanks, Zoltan
ave
+1 please add this. It's a small feature, but it's so important for making organization easy and efficient... and it will really reduce keyboard/mouse hand switching in my workflow, which improves the ergonomics of the program. oskar
I was surprised there's no shortcut for this. Please!
