[Aph] Rasterize multiple layers

I can't seem to rasterize more than 1 layer at a time. Selecting a bunch of layers and clicking "Rasterize..." rasterizes only the bottom one in the layers list. Is there a workaround that I can use to speed up this process until this feature is added?

Group them, then rasterize the group.

Thanks for the suggestion but I want to still keep them as separate layers after rasterizing. Rasterizing the group merges all of them in one layer. :(
