Help with font

I dont know if this is the right place to start this post, but I wish to kwon if anyone here in the affinity community could tell me the name of the font below, I cant understand its name.

It looks up side down and backwards,I rotated it and flipped it,it looks to say Step with the arrow bein the p (?) and the number 9...so STE-> 9. Ive found these two fonts,thta look closely enough.
