For a business card which was designed in Affinity Designer I have used a black color for the text. The logo has it's color (4 color for pressure). Inside of the generated PDF file both the logo and the black text uses 4 colors. The problem now is that the press wants the black text only with 1 color and not with 4 in the PDF file (This is possible with Adobe illustrator!). Is it possible to use only for the text 1 color (black)?

Text is C=0 M=0 Y=0 K=100 by default

Click on text object, double click to select text and look at Color tab in studio panel on right.

Make sure CMYK is your chosen colorspace in the drop down list.
