Hyperlinks are supported in the 1.7 beta, but only in Affinity Publisher at this point. Still, that will give you a non-Adobe alternative.

Is it really that hard for the affinity devs to let you put links in affinity files. Like i had that in informatics at high school, i could probably do that. This request is out here since 2014, i cant believe that this simple option could not be implemented in 6 years.

So, just to kind of get back to the original query: I am using Publisher 1.9.1.797. And I can easily create a Hyperlink, insert an URL. Easy. But when I open the exported PDF the link isn't clickable, though highlighted as usual. What am I missing? I couldn't find any settings in the export process relating to hyperlinks and the hyperlink menu within Publisher doesn't offer any additional settings. What am I missing?

Thanks in advance.

Click More in the Export dialog - it's not selected by default.
