I have emailed the orders@ email TWICE to NO reply.I have sent a message on Facebook - again NO reply.This really is not good enough to have no way to contact a company about an order that used to be known for being very helpful due to their UK customer service. Our Customer Service team will respond today. If you PM me your email address I will check with our Customer Service team to see what's happening with your email.
