Does Affinity Photo act as a file manager?  I know this sounds silly but without Bridge, I have had a terrible time importing photos from my various cameras into some reasonable organized form on my MAC.  I probably have pictures in three different areas of hard drive with many many duplicates.  Some of them are hidden.

What is the best way to manage this process?

Hi vpcllc100,

Welcome to the forums.

Affinity Photo isn't a file manager or organiser, it's a RAW developer and photo editor. We have plans on developing and releasing our own version of a DAM application in the future. Which you will be able to use to organise and manage your image collections.

In the meantime you could use Apple Photos, I've used Darktable in the past, which is open source.
