Oh wow, I've been able to reproduce this by choosing the Node Tool and moving the start or end node of the top right antenna - it is occasionally snapping back to be on top of the other end. You've done nothing wrong, it's a bug and I'm sure we'll be able to sort it out quickly - I'm very sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime. I think it must have a strange root cause because I've never seen this before and by drawing new lines over the top with the Pen Tool I cannot reproduce it, so it's specific to these two curves and the way they've been created, but we'll find it and fix it :)
