perrineville
What I mean : I take a photo in a close ambient with only yellow warm light of the internal lamps. Photo is good but it has a dominance of yellow. Tried to fix it with "white balance" and colors become regular. But, I like most the photo how it was before, it is warmer and representative of the moment. I wonder : is it an error maintain the photo like was in original ? Thank you and sorry for my English
Kodiak
I take a photo in a close ambient with only yellow warm light of the internal lamps. Photo is good but it has a dominance of yellow. That's quite normal but you should not worry about that; as WB is the lesser evil in the recorded data. Maybe you could set the WB on AUTO in the camera. Tried to fix it with "white balance" and colors become regular. But, I like most the photo how it was before, it is warmer and representative of the moment. I wonder : is it an error maintain the photo like was in original ? Like many other parameters, WB is subject to your artistic intent. So the rule in such cases is: if you made an educated decision and it pleases you, then it goes!
