pburki
Hello, I am using healing bush to edit a part of the image that is lighten and replace this with black. I am expecting to clone the dark part on the light, but it does not work (see video attached). Can you help? Do I have a problem with my settings? Thanks Philippe healing brush 2.mov
manu schwendener
Use the clone tool instead? It's the third icon above the healing brush in you movie. Quote manuschwendener.ch
pburki
The clone tool is not working the same way: it is making multiple dots, but I cannot clone the area by simply painting over the area that I want to modify. From what I saw in various training video, the healing brush tool should be the one to use to achieve what I want to achieve. I would like to understand why it does not work in this situation. carl123
Try setting your healing brush Hardness to 100% for better results (it is current set to 34%) But the clone tool is normally the best tool for this manu schwendener 1 Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. pburki
I believe that there is something wrong with my config. I tried using the clone tool, but it did not work. It is making dots instead of painting the whole area: https://youtu.be/Yp6AibOo63o I also tried the healing brush tool on another image, but this is not working either. It seems to have not the effect it should https://youtu.be/Vw3Q4LNEun8 Thx help
carl123
Check the brush you are using to ensure it does not have "spacing" or anything else set that could affect it Quote To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. pburki
Thank you! It seems that this was the problem. I was not familiar with these settings. Thanks for your help!
