christovw66
Another newbie question here - I've purchased and downloaded a fonts package from CreativeMarket. What are my next steps in accessing these fonts for use in Affinity Designer 1.5? Thanks. Christo
Guest
HI Christo You simply need to install the fonts you want to use on your system. For Windows, if the fonts you have downloaded are zipped, you must unzip them. Once unzipped you right click on the font (s) you want to install and you choose "install" from the drop-down menu.If Affinity Designer is already open, the fonts you have installed will not appear in the font list. You will have to close Designer and restart it so that it loads the fonts you have installed. You can then use them like all other fonts.I do not know the procedure for Mac, sorry.I hope this will help you.

If you install or uninstall a font while AD is running, it will detect the change and update the font cache automatically. :) Quote Alfred Affinity Designer/Photo/Publisher 2 for Windows • Windows 10 Home/Pro Affinity Designer/Photo/Publisher 2 for iPad • iPadOS 17.3.1 (iPad 7th gen)
