Photoboss Posted January 22, 2017 Share Posted January 22, 2017 I have been trying to install afininty on my computer for a few days now and have been unsuccessful every time. I am always met with a window that says please download Microsoft.NET. I have downloaded Microsoft.NET many times. From the link which affinity staff recommended and from the link in the pop up. I have then restarted my computer as was suggested but I am still met with the same pop up which tells me to install Microsoft .NET. I have tried everything I can do but I still have exactly the same problem. I have checked afinity's install FAQ but this has not helped me but I did check my computer and found that it does meet all the requirements needed for afinity i.e windows 8, 64 bit.
