LevelB
I am trying to back up my .afphoto files to Amazon Drive, but get an "Account over quota" error message. My .jpg and RAW files are fine. I am guessing this is because these files are not recognized as photos. So I have two questions: 1. Is Serif reaching out to Amazon to get .afphoto files recognized as photos? or failing that, 2. What are the best paid cloud services for backing up large amounts of photo data? Thanks!
Staff Lee D Posted January 20, 2017 Staff Share Posted January 20, 2017 Hi LevelB, Welcome to the forums. Affinity project files (.afphoto) will still upload to a cloud backup but as a data file instead. To be honest there's that many offering that kind of service, I've got a Dropbox account between devices and Google Photos as they have an unlimited option as long as the photo doesn't exist 16MP, If I remember correctly.
