Duplicate the base rectangle and in the layers tab drag its thumbnail onto the thumbnail of your outer circle to create a mask

Same concept as above, but a slightly different execution. No duplicating required.

 

Select the top four layers and drag them to nest under the rectangle (horizontal blue line will appear.... see attached).
