Sunset
This is so addictive. A program where you can actually learn as you work. Intuitive. Just playing around with pencil and brushes, discovering things as I go. This face is all vector work. And no problems with the Finder, either; the update and restart have made a noticeable difference, so perhaps my Yosemite glitches are now fixed :) face 1.afdesign MattP and Dale 2 Quote MacBook Pro 11,2, Intel i7 4 core, 8Gb RAM, Graphics Intel Iris Pro. iPad Pro 11.4, 256Gb, 10.5 Retina, A10X Fusion chip, Apple pencil Desktop upgraded to Win10 64-bit, Intel i5 quad core, 8Gb RAM, NVIDIA GefORCE GT730 The Win-10 laptop is on permanent loan to my daughter...... peter
If that's playing ;), what is it like when you work hard? :D Amazing... Now you see why DrawPlus has such a loyal following. The ol' magic dust from Serif, has well and truly landed in the land of Mac. Sunset
Thank you, Peter :) I so much wanted to try Affinity as soon as I heard of it, that hubby volunteered (is that the right word) to buy me a Mac. OK, I'm probably driving some poor guys at Affinity bats with my attempt to 'forget' windows and become a Mac user, but now I nearly love my Mac as much as I love Affinity :) I've always been a doodler and this is the first time that I've been able to doodle digitally and it's brill! Thanks for the encouragement! (And I still use DP, too :) ) Quote MacBook Pro 11,2, Intel i7 4 core, 8Gb RAM, Graphics Intel Iris Pro. iPad Pro 11.4, 256Gb, 10.5 Retina, A10X Fusion chip, Apple pencil Desktop upgraded to Win10 64-bit, Intel i5 quad core, 8Gb RAM, NVIDIA GefORCE GT730 The Win-10 laptop is on permanent loan to my daughter...... peter
Likewise Sunset, DP versus AD, are two great tools. It's gonna be tough to choose, but fun . Mac V Windows, now that's easy. It will only take 12 months or so to convert OS's and about 12 days to feel at home on AD.
