Kathrin Posted November 21, 2014 Share Posted November 21, 2014 Hi Tamauro, for me it works as easy as you can imagine: just copy the vectorpart in AD and paste it in KN - there you can edit this in a way, how KN deals with any other graphic (vector or pixel). Tamauro Posted November 21, 2014 Author Share Posted November 21, 2014 I tried also with the a last beta of AD and it does not work. Also with Illustrator CS6 it does not work, but copying from AD to Illustrator it does carry the vector data, so I'm guessing that the problem is Keynote. I have the latest update ( just did it five minute ago ) the 6.2.2 (1878) that is the latest you can have not having Yosemite. I will try on Yosemite with the latest version of keynote and update this post. Staff MEB Posted November 22, 2014 Staff Share Posted November 22, 2014 On Yosemite, using Keynote 6.5 and Affinity Designer v1.1.2 i´m able to paste data as vector but i can't seem to make it editable going to Format -> Shapes and Lines -> Make editable on Keynote. Am i missing something here? On Mavericks, using Keynote 6.2.2 and Affinity v1.1.2 i'm NOT able to post data as vector (zoom to 400% on Keynote shows blurred edges) neither make it editable obviously! RNKLN Posted November 24, 2014 Share Posted November 24, 2014 Looks like in Keynote there's a difference between a (vector) image and a shape. Shapes, the ones you create in Keynote, can be made editable, images can't. Not sure if it's a big issue. For now you have to make your edits in AD and as long as you can export them to Keynote without them loosing fidelity it's OK (to me at least).
