roadtreker
I have had Affinity for several months. I occasionally would get this error message when using the program. Tonight it doesnt matter what part of the program it is in I get the above message every time. "Unable to edit with Affinity...(Haze Removal, Retouch, and all others). An unexpected error occurred." it will not edit anything. I have to shut the program down. Can someone help? Thanks

roadtreker
Callum I am still trying to figure out this problem. I am frustrated that I spent the money for this program and that it is not working. I attached the screen shot as requested. Can you help? Hokusai
roadtreker, Your screenshot shows Apple's Photo and I don't even see Affinity Photo in your dock. Maybe you have to have Affinity Photo running? Hokusai
Staff Callum Posted January 13, 2017 Staff Share Posted January 13, 2017 Hi RoadTreker, What type of file are you trying to edit with the Affinity Photo Photos plugin? roadtreker
Your right Callum, I do run Apple Photos. I also have Affinity. I have in the past been able to go to extensions in Apple Photos and click on Affinity and do a quick haze removal and other editing. I cannot do that now. I had not comprehended that this might be an issue with AP. I will check into this.
