Affinity Photo isn't a DAM derawtiser I guess. I don't think we need advanced dam like in Lightroom, more a replacement for Bridge and xnview likes.

 

Anyway, having their own .apphoto format, it will become very soon a must have.

I want to be loyal to Affinity, but I depend of most of the functions i Lightroom (especially the smart previews).

Lightroom is a complete different product, personally I will continue to use it and can't see how AP could replace it even with DAM.

I will continue too. -As long as I don't have to subscribe, and the standalone version will continue to update.

And if the Affinity DAM fails to deliver. But personally I think they will. :)
