whimsicalmale
I am really starting to like Affinity for windows a lot and I like the functionality. The main reason for not being wholheartedly for Affinity is probably my ignorance - I want to have a work flow that means I can edit in lightroom and then go to affinity and then back again without having to save the Affinity file then import back into lightroom. Maybe there is a way to do this already but I am not aware of this so any help or comment would be appreciated.
Staff Callum Posted January 9, 2017 Staff Share Posted January 9, 2017 Hi Whimsicalmale, Welcome to the Forums :) Affinity Photo will save back to LightRoom however Photo doesn't overwrite PSD's to avoid damaging original files due to features we do not support or are poorly documented on PSD's spec. You will have to set Affinity Photo as an external editor in Light Room to do this you can find a video explaining how to do that below :) C Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP.
