dkowale
Hello, my name is Dennis and I just purchased Affinity recently and have been watching the video tutorials to get up to speed. I've been using Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 6 prior to purchasing AP and have a question. In LR6 I'm use to seeing the histogram and having the clipping indicators turned on to see if I clipped any portion of the image. Does Affinity have similar clipping indicators? Thank you. Staff MEB Posted January 9, 2017 Staff Share Posted January 9, 2017 Hi Dennis, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) Yes, Affinity Photo does have clipping indicators. They are located in the main toolbar on the right (Develop Persona only). See screenshot below. Note that you can select a (Pixel) layer in Photo Persona and switch to Develop Persona to use its controls clicking on the Develop Persona icon in the main toolbar. Levels adjustment (Photo Persona only) also have "clipping indicators" (press and hold ⌥ (option/alt) while dragging the Black and White sliders).
