dogcow
So the latest versions of Affinity Photo and Designer added Touch Bar support, which is great, but I have not found the menu command to customize the buttons displayed on the Touch Bar. Does this not actually exist? Every other app I've used so far has had that customization ability. I would also recommend adding more color for easy visual scanning, perhaps based on function. The sea of monochrome icons makes it harder to quickly find what I'm looking for.
Staff Lee D Posted January 3, 2017 Staff Share Posted January 3, 2017 Hi dogcow, At the moment we have a simple option in our apps Preferences to enable/disable Touchbar support. As development continues more features will be added and customization of the Touchbar for Affinity apps will hopefully be one.
Neurojazz
Any news on this?
markw
If you want more control and customisation over actions displayed in the TouchBar, not just for the Affinity apps but any app, have a look at BetterTouchTool. I’ve been using it since 2017 and regard it as a must have app.https://folivora.ai/ Quote macOS 10.15.7 | 15" Macbook Pro, 2017 | 4 Core i7 3.1GHz CPU | Radeon Pro 555 2GB GPU + Integrated Intel HD Graphics 630 1.536GB | 16GB RAM | Wacom Intuos4 M
