Rmccall Posted January 2, 2017 Share Posted January 2, 2017 Just downloaded ver 1.5 windows when I go to enter e-mail and product key I get a message wrong e-mail or product key. Staff Patrick Connor Posted January 2, 2017 Staff Share Posted January 2, 2017 Rmccall, Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums :) There is only one customer services team member on facebook today which is a Bank Holiday here Most users with this problem mistake a capitol O for a zero '0', but the zero has a line through it in the font we use. Completely off topic but I wish every company that relied on product key authorizations did that, & also used a font that made it easy to distinguish between the number one & the lower case letter el!!!
