Processing multiple RAW files from a shoot

Recommended Posts

I've only had APh for a couple of weeks (windows version) and this morning needed to use it with a batch of 50 or so RAW files from a shoot.

Typically there are a few corrections that can be applied to all RAW files from a shoot .  This is very straightforward in, and a vital part of, Photoshop's ACR. So I assumed that it would be just as easy in APh,

But I could not find any way to process these 50 images in APh

Please could someone tell me what I am missing here.

Many thanks

IMHO, AP is not there yet… well on the way but not there yet.

For RAW conversion, you're missing Capture One or give more

time to the AP developing team.

In my experience, CO is the better converter and I did opt for AP

as pixel editor.

Many thanks, Kodiak. I do use Capture One, but I only have the Pro version for Sony, cannot use that with my .ORF files.

The shoot I did was for a club demo of focus stacking with APh and I was pleasantly surprised to find, just now, that the focus merge feature will open my RAW (DNG) files directly. They don't have the common adjustments applied of course, but that's OK for this demo.

This is a really responsive forum.

Thanks again
