bajqo Posted January 1, 2017 Share Posted January 1, 2017 Hello I was working for around 3 hours on my NAS. I save the file several times but during last saving proces the NAS accidentaly disconnect. I connect it again but the file is 0b now and I cant open it. Any idea to recover the file? I dont uderstand why I dont have my latest version of document. Thanks for any help. Staff Lee D Posted January 3, 2017 Staff Share Posted January 3, 2017 Hi bajqo, If the file is now showing as 0kb they may not be anything of the file to recover. If the app had crashed, on reopening it would restore a version from the temp folder. Do you have a Time Machine backup you can revert to?
