Kahla
Hello ! I bought a few days ago Affinity Photo and Affinity Designer (for Windows) but I will change my computer soon. When I want to reinstall your software, maybe should I'm going to have a problem with the license (key activation) ? (I'm french so excuse me if my english is poor...) Staff Lee D Posted December 27, 2016 Staff Share Posted December 27, 2016 Hi Kahla, You may want to copy the downloaded installation files to an external drive or USB stick. Once you have your new computer, you can copy the files across to then run the installations again. You will then just need to enter the email address and product key that you was supplied in your emails or by logging into your Affinity store account. Kahla
Ok thank for answer. So the fact that I enter for a 2nd time the activation key isn't going to be a problem ? Will the software not tell me "invalid activation key" or "Activation key already used" ?
Staff MEB Posted December 27, 2016 Staff Share Posted December 27, 2016 Hi Kahla, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) No, you can download, install, use and run for personal use, one copy of the software on each computer that you personally own. Please check this section - Digital orders | How many computers can I install a digital product on? - on this page for more details.
