Alfred
I want to reduce the graininess in a photo taken in low light. Photoshop Elements has a 'Surface Blur' filter that works well for this, blurring the image while preserving edges. Do any of the filters offered on the 'Filters > Blur' submenu in Affinity Photo do the same thing under a different name, or is there an alternative noise reduction method I could use? PixelPest
There´s a denoise filter which works really well on my low sample rendering for example: Cheers P. Alfred
Alfred
Thanks for the tip, PixelPest. Leaving the other sliders at their default settings and adding a modest amount of 'Luminance Denoise' worked wonders for the photo in question.
