visualsbysina Posted December 21, 2016 Share Posted December 21, 2016 Hello, I'm making a slice of a circle with an icon inside of it, the problem is when I try to export the slice, it only shows the circle layer, it does not show the contents on top of the circle. What am I doing wrong? I can't seem to have the contents inside the circle show as being exported with the slice. How do I just have everything inside of the slice export? Staff MEB Posted December 21, 2016 Staff Share Posted December 21, 2016 Hi visualsbysina, Welcome to Affinity Forums :) How are you creating the slice? Is the whole icon (all objects) inside the same layer? If so go to the Layers panel in Export Persona, select that layer (containing all icon objects) and press the Create Slice button. Then change to the Slices panel, select the corresponding slice layer and export it. If you attach your document here i may be able to advise you better. Here's how to do it. You may also want to check out the videos in 11. Saving, exporting and sharing section on the In-house Affinity Designer Video Tutorials too learn more about slices and the Export Persona.
