GARoss
Hi. Fairly new to Affinity Design & it seems I have seen a preset tool for cartoon conversations clouds. I made & attached a quick illustration, trying to explain further. They are easy enough to make but I'm seeking a more professional look. Any ideas? Alfred
There is a Callout Ellipse Tool and a Callout Rounded Rectangle Tool, but no Callout Cloud Tool. However, it shouldn't be difficult to make an appropriate shape with the Cloud Tool, convert it to curves and then add a suitable pointy bit. :) GARoss 1 Quote Alfred Affinity Designer/Photo/Publisher 2 for Windows • Windows 10 Home/Pro Affinity Designer/Photo/Publisher 2 for iPad • iPadOS 17.4.1 (iPad 7th gen)

However, it shouldn't be difficult to make an appropriate shape with the Cloud Tool, convert it to curves and then add a suitable pointy bit. :) That's perfect. I knew I'd seen it somewhere. Thank you so much! :D Quote Affinity Designer 2.0.0 Windows · Affinity Photo 2.0.0 Windows · Windows 11 Pro 64-bit · AMD Ryzen 9-3900X 12-Core 3.80Ghz · 16Gb RAM · Asus DUAL-RTX2070-O8G-EVO-V2

R C-R
Once you get a few shapes you like, you can add them to the Assets panel, like in a "Clouds" category you create, so you don't have to keep making them again for each new project.
